Stone Cottage Renovation

The owner of this 1934 stone cottage moved to Houston, downsizing from a larger home.  She enjoys entertaining, so she needed this small cottage to feel and function bigger than its 1200 square feet.  So, we designed a complete interior renovation, removing a majority of interior walls, creating a new great room/kitchen.  We transformed the back-porch into a half-bath and laundry room, and renovated the existing full-bath.  We designed a new corner porch, replacing a window with a new door, for wrap-around access.  All electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling systems were replaced.
