The Baptist Home of Arcadia Valley

The executive director of the Baptist Home and the administrator of the Arcadia Valley Campus worked closely with us to develop a comprehensive master plan for the breathtaking 175 acre Arcadia Valley Baptist Home Campus.  Arcadia Valley, south of St. Louis, is location to the first Baptist Home Campus, developed in 1921 by Dr. Riggs Scott.  Our master plan includes the renovation of the historic Riggs Scott building, the renovation and additions to the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s care facility wings, and the development of an independent housing community complete with a clubhouse, swimming pool, whirlpools, tennis courts, biking trails, walking trails, fishing pond, and a creative variety of housing options.
