Summer Fresh Supermarkets

After selling his highly successful and innovative supermarket chain, Smitty’s, to Albertson’s in 1998, developer and grocer Dave Trottier immediately began plans of developing a new chain of supermarket, Summer Fresh. The Summer Fresh supermarket brand was designed to provide Southwest Missouri with a new supermarket that focused on providing full service convenience and satisfaction to its customers. The five store locations include features such as a deli, meat department, produce section, pharmacy, and video department.
